In ogni caso i rischi del progetto devono essere ben chiari e definiti sia per i fondatori che per gli investitori. Definire quanto e come richiede un\u2019analisi molto approfondita, le regola generale \u00e8 ricordarsi che gli investitori vogliono investire in cose che fanno crescere concretamente il progetto.
