Il modello nasce per valutare startup in fase pre-revenue.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Il modello si compone di cinque voci:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualit\u00e0 manageriali del team (Rischio di esecuzione)<\/li>\n<li>Proposta di valore (Rischio prodotto)<\/li>\n<li>Prototipo funzionante (Rischio tecnologico)<\/li>\n<li>Relazioni strategiche (Rischio mercato e rischio competitivo)<\/li>\n<li>Prodotto gi\u00e0 lanciato e\/o venduto (Rischio finanziario o di produzione)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ad ogni voce viene attribuito un valore, per un massimo di 500mila euro; ne consegue che, quando la <em>startup<\/em> soddisfer\u00e0 appieno tutte le voci, ricever\u00e0 una <em>valuation<\/em> di 2,5 milioni di euro. Il team \u00e8 composto da un economista e un informatico e si trovano alla prima esperienza imprenditoriale. Il team ha raccolto 15.000 per testare il proprio MVP (<em>Minimun Viable Product<\/em>) nei prossimi 3 mesi.<\/p><p>Il primo si occupa degli aspetti strategici e finanziari, il secondo ha gi\u00e0 sviluppato un <em>MVP<\/em> (<em>Minimun Viable Product<\/em>) di un\u2019app gestionale per la gestione contemporanea di pi\u00f9 <em>food delivery<\/em>. Il prototipo tecnologico \u00e8 di ottima qualit\u00e0.<\/p><p>Un\u2019altra nota positiva \u00e8 che i due soci hanno individuato un advisor nel settore ristorazione e hanno gi\u00e0 individuato 3 ristoratori che hanno iniziato ad usare il prototipo.<\/p><p>Senza entrare nei dettagli del progetto, a titolo esemplificativo, si pu\u00f2 applicare il metodo Berkus come segue:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><table width=\"621\"><tbody><tr><td width=\"189\"><p><strong>Criteri Berkus<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"319\"><p><strong>Commento<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"113\"><p><strong>Valore<\/strong><strong> (\u20ac)<\/strong><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"189\"><p><strong><em>Qualit\u00e0 Manageriale del Team (Rischio di Esecuzione)<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"319\"><p>Il team della startup presenta le figure essenziali. Gli aspetti positivi \u00e8 che vi sono due persone che si conoscono da anni ed \u00e8 presente un CTO. Gli aspetti negativi \u00e8 che sono alla prima esperienza imprenditoriale e mancano figure come un CMO.<\/p><\/td><td width=\"113\"><p><strong>\u20ac <\/strong><strong>250.000<\/strong><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"189\"><p><strong><em>Valore dell\u2019idea<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> (Rischio Prodotto)<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"319\"><p>L\u2019idea imprenditoriale \u00e8 abbastanza originale, il test sui primi ristoratori \u00e8 un elemento positivo.
