Our team is growing and we are looking for a venture capital analyst to join the firm. We are looking for candidates in search of an internship <\/b>(minimum 6 months) or full time<\/b> offers (with previous experience in venture capital, consulting or banking). <\/p>\n

Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Building financial models for startups and M&A transactions<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Building information memorandum\/pitch deck<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Interacting with Clients and Investors (be ready to talk with clients on a daily basis)<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Performing industry reports<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Startup scouting to propose new investment targets<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Conducting company analysis and due diligence<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Participating to startup events and conferences<\/p>\n

 <\/b><\/p>\n

Qualification<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Bachelor and\/or Master Degree<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Good competencies in realizing PowerPoint Presentation<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Good competencies in realizing financial models on Excel<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>You have an entrepreneurial mind-set with a keen interest in start-ups and technology<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>Great attention to details<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>You are team oriented and ambitious<\/p>\n

\u00b7         <\/span><\/span>You speak English and Italian fluently<\/p>\n
